Your body was not designed to be a spiritual statue.
Some people hear the word meditation and think,
“Oh great, I have to sit still, close my eyes, fight my thoughts, pretend my knee isn’t screaming, and somehow meet God before my foot falls asleep.”
Not this class.
This is meditation with breath.
Meditation with rhythm.
Meditation with movement.
Meditation where your body gets invited to the party too.
In Moving Energy Meditation , we’ll use a trance-inducing meditation beat, focused breathing, and gentle movement to help awaken the flow of chi, pranic energy, and life force through the body.
As the rhythm builds, you’ll be guided to relax, breathe, and let your body move naturally.
No dance skills required.
No choreography.
No judgment.
No spiritual Olympic tryouts.
Just breath.
Beat.
Body.
Energy.
The goal is to help the body release tension, open the energy channels, and experience movement as meditation — almost like a rain shower of blessings moving through your nervous system, your aura, and your spirit.
Sometimes stillness brings peace.
And sometimes peace walks in with a beat and says,
“Move a little. You’ve been holding too much.”
## In this class, we’ll explore how to:
Use rhythm as a doorway into meditation
Let the body move without overthinking
Feel chi, pranic energy, and life force moving through the body
Release stress through breath and gentle movement
Experience meditation as something alive, embodied, and deeply restorative
This is for anyone who wants to meditate but doesn’t want to sit there looking peaceful while secretly negotiating with their lower back.
Please note: This class requires participants to have their video on during class and be fully engaged. This class is very interactive.
