There are moments in life when it feels like everything is coming at you at once.

Heavy emotions. Strange tension. Sudden conflict. Mental noise. Exhaustion. Fear that does not seem to belong to the moment. Sometimes people call it stress. Sometimes they call it burnout. And sometimes, deeper down, it feels spiritual.

This session is for those moments.

In this Shurch gathering, we will explore what people mean when they say they feel “spiritually attacked” and how to respond without collapsing, overreacting, or giving your power away. We will talk about the difference between true spiritual attack, emotional overload, environmental energy, fear spirals, and the way unresolved pain can make everything feel heavier than it is.

Most importantly, we will focus on how to become calm in the middle of inner and outer storms.

This is not about fear.
It is about discernment.
It is about steadiness.

It is about learning how to hold your center when life feels chaotic.

Together, we will explore how to:

  • recognize when your peace is being disturbed
  • stop feeding fear, panic, and confusion
  • strengthen your inner grounding
  • protect your energy without becoming paranoid
  • return to clarity, prayer, peace, and spiritual self-command
