The answer feels close — but yet clear.
Automatic-writing meditation gives you a simple way to slow down, get quiet, and let your thoughts come.
In this class, we’ll use calm breathing, simple questions, and writing to help you hear what’s been sitting underneath the noise. And we do it all from a meditative state.
In this class, you’ll need a notebook/pen, or digital device for notetaking.
We will explore:
- How to use writing as part of your meditation practice
- Increasing your intution & self trust
- How to gain greater clarity around life's toughest challenges
Please note: This class requires participants to have their video on during class and be fully engaged. This class is very interactive.
