BREATH MEDITATION

Your breath is one of the simplest tools you have.

It’s always with you.

No app.
No equipment.
No perfect room required.

Breath meditation uses steady breathing to help calm the body, quiet the mind, and bring you back to the present moment.

When your breath slows down, your system gets the message:
You’re safe enough to settle.

In this class, we’ll practice using the breath as an anchor, so you can return to calm without needing life to be calm first.

In this class, you'll learn how to:

  • Use your breath as part of meditation
  • Calm your body with simple breathing
  • Bring your attention back when your mind wanders
  • Practice without forcing the breath
  • Use breathing to feel more grounded
  • Build a meditation habit you can use anywhere

Please note: This class requires participants to have their video on during class and be fully engaged. This class is very interactive.
