No experience necessary.
No special outfit required.
Pajama-level enlightenment is perfectly acceptable.

Meditation creates a space where the mind can finally take the passenger seat for a little while, allowing the body, heart, and spirit an opportunity to do what they naturally know how to do.
In this class, you'll learn how to:

• Sit in a state where your mind takes the passenger seat while your body rejuvenates itself
• Activate the relaxation response, creating conditions that support healing, recovery, and overall well-being
