Plen-air in the Park

Winter has given way to Spring which means it's time to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather!

Plen-air in the Park is a bonus meet-up that occurs when weather and time permits. It's also the perfect opportunity to dust off your paints and take them for a spin! Given the nature of wet mediums, this event is more relaxed than our regular bi-weekly meetings-- roll-up when you please, stay as long as you want, and chat to your heart's content. Your host will commit to being present from 10am-12pm.

We will meet at The Landing at Fountain Lake in Byrd Park. This location has a parking lot, tables, and snacks (if the concession stand is open). There are no limits on the types of art materials you may use but, as always, please be mindful of other guests and your surroundings. We don't want to leave a huge mess in the park. Additionally, the city of Richmond forbids glass in city parks, so please use alternative receptacles for water/paint etc.
