Welcome Writers!

Writing may be tough, but it doesn't have to be a solitary endeavor. let's get together as a community of writers and creatives, for a writing session on Friday afternoon. Writers of any genre, skill level, language, format, or platform are welcome to work on their craft. No pressure to read, critique, or share your writing- just write!

What to Expect:

• 1:15pm: Take your time settling in, grab a seat, a tea, get settled, meet fellow writers or just start writing
• 1:30pm: Focused writing time of 30 min
• 2pm: 10 min break.
• 2:10pm: Focused writing time of 40 min
• 2:50pm: 10 min break.
• 3pm: Focused writing time of 30 min
• 3:30pm Head out and (optional) socialize

Being Late is Okay: Just show up and get settled. If you are on time, please be willing to make room for any friendly latecomers.

NOTE: This is not a group for critiquing your writing. The goal is to provide time and space for focused writing; many members like the fact that they do not share their work at the end because it's more relaxed. However, anyone who feels like sharing and talking about their writing project is welcome to do so.
