Shut Up & Write!® Loveland at Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project

Join us for an hour of writing! We've found that it can be amazingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7pm on Thursday nights at Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project. We are a supportive and friendly group. People of all national origins, races, religions and sexual orientations are welcome.

Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, poem, or just plain work stuff, you're invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.

SCHEDULE:
7:00pm - Everyone starts to arrive and get settled.
7:10pm - Quick intros.
7:15pm - We toast, timer starts, and the writing hour begins.
8:15pm - The end of the hour is announced.

Optional socializing begins at 8:15, the pub closes at 10pm. Writing is very solitary, so connecting (and commiserating) with other writers can be a great thing.

Being late is okay—just show up and get settled. If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.

VENUE INFORMATION
• Outlets are limited, so make sure your laptop or other device is fully charged before you arrive.
• Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block out the overhead music or the conversation by other patrons.
• WiFi is free.
• Please thank our hosts by purchasing something, and don't bring your own food or drink other than a water bottle.
• We will have a reserved table inside.

TRAVEL/PARKING
Verboten is located at the corner of Hwy 287 (Cleveland Ave) and 5th Street in downtown Loveland, nestled between Comet Chicken and the NOCO Cat Cafe. It shares a parking lot with multiple other businesses, so there is ample free parking.
