4. NO ADVERTISING!!! Do your own business in your own group!!!
5. NO DISCRIMINATION!!!!! You being born with the golden spoon is your business and you being older is your own business. Be respectful no matter what the age gap is. Educated person doesn't necessarily mean a person with a bachelor or master or Ph.D.
6. NO BULLYING!!! Don't be an A-hole.
7. LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND!!! Don't just listen to retaliate or response. Listen to understand what others are trying to say.
