Greetings SIA Goddesses! 😄

I am so happy to announce our Spiritual meetup! I simply copied my last meetup description, as there wasn't a meetup last Saturday. So, I am simply repeating the meetup topic again.

I am very excited to discuss our topic of “The Power of Positive Affirmations!” I just decided to start having topics to discuss. And I would love your feedback on Topics. When I first started this meetup and my other Women 45-65 yr. Young meetup, I wanted to initially have an “Open Format” and simply have girl chats, talk about our lives and simply get to know each other. I thought having an Open Format would allow us to get to know each other better but now, I am thinking the opposite. I think having a topic really helps to open up the discussion and have a round table to hear everybody's opinion, as well.

I highly recommend them, as they are and were life altering for me personally. Just a brief preview: Before I quit smoking back in Sept. 2023, I printed out 42 positive affirmations for quitting smoking cigarettes and read them daily before I quit and they were magic! 😁My favorite one was: “I love myself more than cigarettes." That particular statement was very powerful for me. What’s also really cool about them is that after consistent listening, after 21 days, they actually change your neurons in your brain by replacing your old, negative thoughts and beliefs with positive ones! 😎It’s called Neuroplasticity. Now that is REALLY COOL!!! 😎😎😎

I heard a saying in a QUIT smoking program that quitting smoking is 20% physical and 80% mental/psychological and that is so true. The power of preparing yourself mentally before you quit is everything! They not only helped me to quit but more importantly to STAY QUIT! 😄
