Hi everyone, I'm sharing a community fundraiser for Laureli Shimayo, someone who has given so much to the MeWe Fairs community and touched the lives of many practitioners, including my own. (This is not an event)

Laureli is currently navigating the emotional, physical, and financial challenges of a protection order, along with expenses for winter heating, household necessities, utilities, and legal assistance.
Some practitioners have started a GoFundMe to help ease the financial pressure, support Laureli's well-being, and help sustain the community they've worked so hard to build.
Since 2014, Laureli has grown MeWe Fairs from six practitioners meeting in her living room into a welcoming community connecting practitioners across Oregon, Washington, and around the world.
I first met Laureli in 2016 at East West Bookshop in Seattle. They shared insights that genuinely helped me. Since becoming a practitioner in the MeWe community, I've also formed wonderful friendships. This community has had a meaningful impact on my life.
