About us
Our women’s running group is about more than running. It’s a space to move, breathe, connect, and support one another whether you’re a regular runner or just starting out.
Some come for the exercise, some for the conversations, and many for the sense of community. Everyone is welcome.
On this International Women’s Day, we run not only for ourselves, but also for the women who cannot.
We run for the women who cannot move freely in their streets, who think twice before going for a run alone, who change their routes, their clothes, or the time they leave their homes just to feel a little safer.
We run for the women whose lives have been cut short by violence and for those whose voices were never heard.
Today our steps carry a message: women deserve to move through the world safely, freely, and without fear.
Join us on Tuesday 10th March. We will meet at Enge at 6:30pm outside of Samigo and run 5km together along the lake.
Grab a friend, or come alone — and leave with new friend!
Let’s run together, support one another, and build the kind of community where women lift each other up.
Because this run is not only about distance or time.
It’s about solidarity, for every woman who could not finish their run.
