Global Deep Work Online – 2h Zoom Focus Session (English Only) **

You know what you should be working on.
This is a** worldwide online room **where we open Zoom, set clear goals, work in silence, and check in together so things actually get done.[1][2]

### 🕒 Session Structure (2 hours on Zoom)

00:00 – 00:10 — Check‑in & Goals

  • Everyone joins the Zoom room.
  • Very quick intro: name, country/city, what you’re working on.
  • Each person sets** 1–2 clear goals **for the session and shares them in English (voice or chat).

00:10 – 00:50 — Focus Sprint #1

  • Mics muted, cameras on if possible (for accountability).
  • 40 minutes of deep work on your own task.
  • No chatting, no multitasking.

00:50 – 01:00 — Mini Check‑in

  • Short break.
  • In English, we share:
  • what we finished,
  • what we’ll do in the next block.

01:00 – 01:40 — Focus Sprint #2

  • Another 40 minutes of silent work.
  • Same rule: just focus.

01:40 – 02:00 — Reflection & Conversation

  • Final check‑out round:
  • Did you hit your goals?
  • What will you do after this session (next action / next step)?
  • Open English conversation time:
  • talk about your work, learning systems, or business ideas,
  • ask for feedback, share tools/tips.

You can leave after the check‑out, or stay a few extra minutes if people are talking and the host allows it.

### 🌐 Who This Is For

  • Anyone in the world who wants:
-** real‑time accountability **instead of working alone,

  • a fixed 2‑hour slot to push a project forward,

  • to practice** English **while talking about real work (not textbook topics),

  • to share and hear** business ideas, study plans, side projects **from other countries.[3][4][2]

  • Typical tasks people bring:

  • writing, coding, design, studying, curriculum planning, startup prep, content planning, job search, etc.

### 🛠 Basic Rules

  • Join on time and stay for the full 2 hours if you can.
  • Come with a** specific task list**, not a vague idea (“work on stuff”).
  • English only for intros, check‑ins, and discussion.
  • During focus sprints: camera on if possible, mic muted, no random chatting.

If you’ve been procrastinating alone, this is your “virtual office” slot to finally sit down, focus, and ship — with people doing the same thing across the world.
