Note to Attendees:

• This is our first ever episode and part of our own validated learning experiment. We've capped attendance at 10 people to ensure high-quality interaction and maximum value for everyone. As we refine the format, we'll expand capacity in future episodes
• In Hour 1, the organizer Alcon will lead Episode 1 as an icebreaker, paving the way for future episodes to be hosted by other community members
