Details

The Sierra Camera Club presents Valerie Jardin on Thursday, December 3 at 5:00 pm PST. This will be an online presentation. Mark your calendars now! A big thank you goes out to Kathleen Grady for putting this program together for the Sierra Camera Club.

Valérie Jardin is a French photographer, currently residing in the United States. Valérie is known internationally through her workshops. When she is not teaching others the art of street photography and visual storytelling, Valérie is a prolific author, a speaker, and a podcast producer of the bi-weekly show Hit The Streets with Valérie Jardin. She is also an official Fujifilm X-Photographer. Valérie is a gear minimalist. She believes in the power of limitations of one camera, one lens and making decisions before you press the shutter to get the shot in camera with as little post processing as possible. She lives and breathes in pixels.

The goal of this presentation is to help you put more intent in your travel photography and learn to think like the editor of a travel magazine. Make more meaningful and unique photographs that you can truly call your own.
