Industrial Rooftop Solar Tour

Join the Sierra Club and ReVamp Energy to tour an industrial-scale rooftop solar and battery backup solution. This project in Monrovia is bringing savings to the business, has created jobs, and gives us a look into what the clean energy economy will look like.

We'll meet for coffee at 8:30 and start the tour at 9. We'll meet Jay Cutting, owner of ReVamp energy, and tour the facility followed by a discussion of the Sierra Club's work to better implement the IRA / IIJA.

Jay will talk about the regulatory and incentives landscape, what the process is like to do these big projects, and what it’s like to grow a clean energy business. We’ll share information about how we can do better with IRA implementation, and what it will look like activists to work with Sierra Club
