Join us for a delicious plant-based buffet dinner at
Asian Fusion style Lei Ting's Blue Pearl restaurant in Milford.

This fixed-price vegan buffet will include a variety of tasty options, including:
home style tofu, vegetable spring rolls, General Tso’s chick’n, stir-fry with chick’n and vegetables, vegetable delight, and vegetable fried rice.

$22 person plus tax and tip; drinks not included.

After dinner we will have a game with prizes,
plus a short discussion on the environmental impact of food choices.

Join us for an exciting presentation on jellyfish by Dr, Cara Shillington, Professor of Biology at Eastern Michigan University. This talk will start with a background (evolution, ecology, behavior) on the different jellyfish groups. Then students from the Eastern Michigan University Jellyfish Research class will talk about their research projects with the local jellyfish. Their projects include night-time surveys and developing methods of detection with eDNA.
