Data Centers in Michigan: Who Benefits, Who Pays, and What We Can Do

Data Centers are rapidly expanding across Michigan. This presentation will examine the matter of accountability for Michigan’s utilities and data centers - and the possible burdens that residents could face from rising energy costs and increased grid stress, water consumption, and environmental impacts. Learn how we can work towards making sure that the data centers are energy efficient investments and their energy burden is mitigated - and that the centers will give the state clean energy commitments.
