Sierra Club Adventure Coast Holiday Party Dec. 10th with Craig Pittman

Join us for the Annual Sierra Club Adventure Coast Group Holiday Party at the Historic Brooksville Woman’s Club, 131 South Main Street 34601 in Brooksville on Wed. December 10th. Social 6:30pm, Guest speaker 7pm. Party lasts till 8pm. Public welcome, bring a friend! Suggested donation $10. If inclined, bring a plate or beverage for our holiday buffet.
Our guest speaker Craig Pittman is a great storyteller who will discuss the state's history, people, politics, environment, animals, current events and weirdness. He’s a native Floridian, a bestselling author, a podcaster and an award-winning journalist. His books include "Oh, Florida! How America's Weirdest State Influences the Rest of the Country" and "Cat Tale: The Wild, Weird Battle to Save the Florida Panther." In 2020 he was named a Florida Literary Legend by the Florida Heritage Book Festival and in 2022 the national Sierra Club gave him the Rachel Carson Award.
