Join us for the next Sierra Club Adventure Coast Group Meetup on Wednesday, January 21st with Eugene Kelly at the Historic Brooksville Womans Club, 131 South Main Street in Brooksville. Public welcome, bring a friend! Social at 6:30pm, presentation 7pm—8pm.
Gene is a conservation biologist, President of the Florida Native Plant Society. and Executive Committee Member Emeritus of Sierra Club Adventure Coast Group. 2026 Legislature Update and Actions Sierra Club Members Should Take
Gene Kelly will provide a 2026 legislature update with an emphasis on four areas: growth management, Springs Protection Zones, funding for Florida Forever, and Rodman Dam removal followed by a discussion on the impacts of proposed legislation and actions Sierra Club members can take to influence decision makers.
