Vegan chef dinner at Gather 55

This restaurant with a mission is having as its guest Chef Lapat from the Thai restaurant in Middletown. I know that there are some vegans/vegetarians in this group, as well as those who enjoy vegan food. They have a la carte menu options as well as a $55 prix fixe menu.
