Full Moon Hike -- Dutch Louie Flats

Celebrate the Strawberry Moon, the last full moon of spring, with a 6-mile hike up Hunter Lake Rd to Dutch Louie Flats at a brisk pace.
Sunset is at 8:26p, moon rise is at 8:33p, and twilight lasts until 9:39p.
Flashlights or headlamps are a good idea, in case of clouds.
Bring plenty of water; good hiking boots and windbreakers are recommended.
Expecting to see lots of wildflowers in the meadows at the Flats.
This is a 6-mile trek with elevation gain of 1500 ft, so...
Definitely not a beginner's hike!
Moderate difficulty with a couple of strenuous sections. DL (Dogs limited)
