Davis Creek Park Tree Planting

Come join us in partnership with Washoe County Parks and Openspaces as we plant 150 Jeffery Pine trees!

This is part of our ongoing efforts to revegetate Davis Creek Park and Campground after the 2024 Davis Creek Fire. Volunteers will be asked to dig, plant and water the trees. Gloves, tools, snacks and water will all be provided. We ask that volunteers wear closed toed shoes, long sleeved shirts and pants.

There are limited spots for this event as there are only so many trees to plant. Let our partners with the county know you are coming by also RSVPing at this link.

We will meet at the parking lot directly across from the ranger station. Follow signage.
