Evan's Creek loop starting with Arboretum and Dragon Lights
Details
We'll start off from in front of the Wilbur May museum and wind our way through the Arboretum and Dragon Lights display. We'll then follow the trail under McCarran and up to the end of Evans Creek. From there we'll climb up the switchbacks to the upper trail which will take us to trails above the "N". From there we'll make our way down back to the parking at San Rafael park. Elevation gain will be about 600 feet with a distance of about 7 miles. This hike is considered moderately difficult. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed in the Arboretum.
We will meet at the parking lot in front of the Wilbur May Museum at 8:15 AM. It may be chilly starting off but will warm up. Best to bring layers.
