Monday Afternoon Luncheon Hike

Bring a sandwich and we'll have lunch at one of the picnic tables in the park.
Then we'll take a hike east to the Damonte Ranch Foothills up to Mine Shaft Dr and back.
Discover trails and learn about nature and geology around the Truckee Meadows.
The weather is predicted to be sunny and warm (60's) so might be a good day for shorts and sunscreen. 5 miles round-trip, elevation gain up to 250 ft. Moderate difficulty.
