Bike the Proposed Campus-to-Campus Trail with Larry Deck

Details

This ride is a continuation of Larry Deck's presentation at the HVG Monthly Program on 9/21 - https://www.meetup.com/Sierra-Club-Huron-Valley/events/280287460/

The ride is a chance to observe and discuss things covered in Larry's presentation. The ride will be slow, with frequent stops. If we go all the way to North Campus and back, the total distance would only be about 4 miles (2 miles each way), but we may not need to go all the way to North Campus to see the things of interest. We'll go at least to where Fuller crosses the Huron River.
On the return trip, there will be a good bit of walking (with bikes) near the Fuller / Maiden Lane intersection where trails are planned but not yet built. There will be time for discussion at various spots along the way.

Parking
If people want to drive and park there are several alternatives. You can park downtown in the Maynard, Library, or William structures, or other lots, and take the William Street cycle track to the North University bike lane. That allows biking on low-stress, dedicated bicycle infrastructure.
