HVG June Program - ZOOM event: Mapping the History of Your Backyard

Join us online on June 20th as Sierra Club HVG Outings Leader John Metzler explores several public websites that allow you to investigate the mapped history of your place, or anyplace in Michigan. We’ll examine maps of glacial geology, pre-colonization vegetation, historic maps, and aerial photography. Our focus is helping you learn about the websites and how to use them.
