Who pooped? Scat and track at Coyote Valley.

Family Explorers invites curious girls and boys for a hilly ramble in quest of the paw prints and scat at Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve. Who know which prints we will find, coyotes, bobcats or maybe even pumas who roam this land. Arrowhead trail offers beautiful views of green Coyote Valley, the last undeveloped valley floor in our region. After the hike, we will enjoy lunch under the shade of magnificent oaks. This moderate hike is for families with kids ages 6 to 12 who can comfortably walk 4 miles. The Sierra Club requires signing a waiver at the trailhead.
