Wednesday Evening Walk

This Wednesday we will walk the Woods Road Community Forest in Falmouth, starting from the east trailhead. This trail passes through a near-old-growth pine forest which is now conserved to become old growth. We will walk about 2.5 miles with less than 200 feet elevation change. Trail is rocky and rooty, so bring good hiking shoes. It should not be buggy, but do bring insect repellant in case. Participants are required to sign a Sierra Club waiver. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian. Please dress for the weather and leave pets at home.
