Sierra Club Monthly Meeting - India's Wildlife, Culture, History

Details
Join us at the Sierra Club's monthly meeting for a visit to the fascinating land of India!
Bryan Baker, our Mojave Group Chair, will share photos and stories from his recent trip to northwestern India, which featured visits to many areas famous for wildlife and for culture and history, including the Taj Mahal, Old Delhi, the foothills of the Himalayas, and Jim Corbett National Park, India's first national park.
We'll experience the amazing diversity of birds, mammals and other wildlife, as well as some of India's deep historical roots. Refreshments will also be served.
The Mojave Group meets at the Sterling Inn, 17738 Francesca Rd, Victorville, CA 92395 (just off Ridgecrest Road, one block north of Bear Valley Rd).
NOTE: we are meeting in a NEW room: the Media Room. It is at the north end of the building. Easiest entry is off Lindero St; park near the NORTH side and enter at the entrance with the overhead carport (near the covered parking area).
