Restorative Agriculture & Natural Ecosystems - Sierra Club's Monthly Meeting
Details
Join us at the Sierra Club's monthly meeting.
This Wednesday, November 12th at 7pm we'll take a fascinating look at Restorative Agriculture & Natural Ecosystems.
Roy Granger, a local High Desert agricultural specialist, will speak about agriculture as a tool for restoring ecosystems, and our role as keystone species inhabiting the driest desert in North America. Roy will also speak about ecosystem management as the pathway toward food sovereignty and the development of true cultural identity and unity.
The Mojave Group meets at the Sterling Inn, 17738 Francesca Rd, Victorville, CA 92395 (just off Ridgecrest Road, one block north of Bear Valley Rd).
Note: we meet in the Media Room, at the north end of the building. Easiest entry is off Lindero Street; park near the NORTH side and enter at the entrance with the overhead carport (near the covered parking area).
Refreshments will be served.
