Let's do our part and clean up a little bit of Jacksonville and make it beautiful again! The Sierra Club will be partnering with the City of Jacksonville Parks, Recreation, and Community Services and Cross Organizational Cleanup to help clean up Oceanway Park.

We need lots of volunteers to help pick up trash around the park and volunteers with kayaks to help pick up trash in the pond.
Kayakers must wear a PDF.

There is also an invasive plant called water hyacinth that we will be trying to remove (not all but as much as we can) from the fishing area.

The City of Jacksonville will be providing grabbers and bags for us to use. Please bring water and gloves.

You will be required to sign a Jax Parks liability waiver.
