National Public Lands Day: Granite Lakes Hike

Celebrate National Public Lands Day with a lovely hike close to home. At 8.8 miles and 2270 feet of elevation gain, this will be a workout, so bring your Discover Pass, make a new friend, and enjoy our beautiful Washington public lands.
We will be hiking to Granite Lakes via the Granite Creek trail (not the Granite Creek Connector Trail):

Level: Moderate/Strenuous
Signup Instructions: Please RSVP so we know how many folks to expect!
Bring: hiking shoes/boots, water bottle, snacks, layers, and anything else you need to be comfortable; notebook if you want to take plant ID notes!
You can either meet us at the trailhead or if you would like to carpool, we will be meeting at Mercer Island Park & Ride at 7:30 am; aiming to be at the trailhead by ~8:15-8:30 and begin hiking by 8:30.
