Moorman River/Turk Run Hike (yes, it's back on)

This hike will cover an eight mile loop including the Appalachian Trail, Turk Run Trail and Moorman River Trail in Shenandoah National Park. It's listed as strenuous due to the distance and elevation change, but the uphills are not very steep - just lengthy. Total hiking time will be about 4 hours. Bring water, layered clothing and a lunch for the trail. If you don't have an SNP pass, each car pays $30. No pets.
