O: Conditioning Hike in Rancho Palos Verdes

(New Location - April 2016) Slow moderate 2 hr. 4-6 mile hike: Some streets, some trails overlooking the ocean, and city lights. Some steep trails. Only one group, not for beginners. Arrive early, leave at 6:30 P.M. every Monday. Rancho Del Mar School off Crest Rd east of Crenshaw. At the top of the hill on Crenshaw, go left. Just before the Rolling Hills entrance gate, bear right and continue to the second parking lot at the very end (behind the school). Wear sturdy shoes or lug sole boots and bring a red lens flash light for winter times. Rain cancels.
