Going against the Virginia Clean Economy Act, Dominion Energy is planning to build six new methane gas plants throughout Virginia. The first set location is in Chesterfield County. Glen Besa, Board Chair of Friends of Chesterfield and the former Director of the Sierra Club Virginia Chapter, is leading a No New Gas Power Plant Workshop where he will give a coordinated action plan for fighting against these proposals. This meeting is open to the public. We hope you can join the Rappahannock Group Sierra Club in the fight for clean air and clean energy!
