El Capitan from Yosemite Valley Hike with overnight camp at Camp 4

Moderate to a Hard day hike with 4500ft of elevation gain and 14 miles round trip.

Nov 3 (Saturday) 8AM - Leave from East bay (Livermore Park and Ride). Reach the valley by noon and camp at Camp 4 (it fills up by noon). Can aim for shorter valley hikes on Sat.
Nov 4 (Sun) 7AM start to the hike and should finish by 4PM. Drive back to Bay Area (should reach by 8PM).
