Summit attempt on Cloudripper via west face and Vagabond for the inaugural Sierra Nevada Peaks meetup on Saturday 9/13!

Meeting location: Bishop Pass TH
Start Time: 7am
Route Description: We'll approach Cloudripper from Chocolate Lakes and summit via west face. We'll descend the north slope down to Vagabond, then to Green Lake, and back to the car. The route is mostly class 2 with class 3 near the summit of Cloudripper.

• I expect participants to speak up for themselves if there's any questioning of my route-finding or navigation decisions. All participants' voices are equal.
• By joining, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety, decisions, and risk tolerance. Please be able to maintain a 2-2.5mph pace on mostly level or gradually inclined terrain.
• This trip may be cancelled due to weather or air quality. You are responsible for monitoring the forecast and AQI to determine if you're willing to participate in such conditions.
• I expect to be back at the TH by early-mid afternoon. I will not be stopping to filter water and will be taking minimal "pack-off" rest breaks.
