Join us for an evening of guided journaling, quiet reflection, and community conversation as we explore the shadow—the hidden parts of ourselves that often hold both our greatest challenges and our greatest opportunities for growth.
No writing experience is necessary.

These circles are designed to offer a safe space to discuss non-ordinary states of consciousness, while providing emotional support and guidance after transformative experiences. All levels of life experience are welcomed and accepted. Note: these are peer support sessions--we do not offer therapy or medical advice.
We will be locking the doors shortly after start time. We encourage everyone to allow a few extra minutes for parking.
