Boo-Ga for Kids

This is a 1-hour fun filled yoga event for the kiddos! Have them dress up in their favorite Halloween costume ready to be silly, and playful! Class will begin by introducing ourselves with our real name or our Halloween name. Next we will get the wiggles out with a kids themed Halloween song, followed by about 20 minutes of a kid’s yoga flow, then a moment of mindfulness, and finally a fun spooky game and dance party!!!

To help create additional fun ambiance we will utilize the studios color changing lights, battery powered candles, and black lights. At the conclusion of our time together SSWG will give all the kiddos a little goodie bag to everyone to celebrate!
