Ventura County Coastal Cleanup Day

Ventura County Coastal Cleanup Day is a countywide organized effort to rid our coastline and waterways of used plastic, cans, paper and junk. We will concentrate on the Ormond Beach and Lagoon area which are homes for the breeding snowy plovers in spring along with 200 other species of migrating birds and fowl.
We'll meet and then decide our route depending on the size of the group. Work at your own pace and leave when you must. Just please notify the leader to sign you out. Predicted temp. is 74f with partly cloudy skies. Dogs are not allowed on California state beaches.
