Winter Backpack in Wildcat Hollow

I think Wildcat is the best backpacking Ohio has to offer. Several stretches of the trail are in very old growth forest. This is mixed with new growth forest and even a few oil wells.
We will camp at the trailhead on Friday night and hike 7+ miles each day, Saturday and Sunday. The water is not to be trusted, so we cache water near our camp. The hike is a moderate one with no lengthy climbs. There are no creek crossings that require taking off your boots.
If you are coming up Saturday morning, we plan to start hiking about 9 AM. There is not much cell service.
