Re-scheduled Bike the Little Miami bike trail from Loveland to Newton and back.

Note: Since I have cancelled the recent Sunday, August 9th, (2026) picnic bike ride such as before the August 9th, (2026) picnic due to the extreme heat, I have decided to take a
P.T.O. (Paid Time off) day to re-schedule it for Wednesday, October 21st, (2026) since I have P.T.O. days to be used up and also the weather is predicted to be beautiful and comfortable temperatures.

I understand that many of you might be working during the week depending on your lives and schedules so that is perfectly understandable.

We will meet up at Miami Riverview Park which is located South of Loveland Center and it is located right across the street from Izaak Walton League Lodge and we will bike along the Little Miami Bike trail south to the Little Miami Golf Center in Newtown and back to
Miami Riverview Park.

We will bike along the Little Miami bike trail from Loveland to Newtown and back.

Note: Also depending on time, there might be an option for us to bike further south such down to Lunken Airport which is located about 5 miles south of the Little Miami Golf Center to where the bike trail actually comes to an end depending on our time. We can decide once we arrive Newtown whether or not if we will have time to go to the end of the bike trail which is only about 5 miles south of the Little Miami Golf Center depending on our time.

Distance from Miami Riverview Park which is located in Loveland to the Little Miami Golf Center and back to Miami Riverview Park:
Approximately (twenty-seven) (27) miles total round trip.
Distance from the Miami Riverview Park to Lunken Airport, which is only about 5 miles south of the Little Miami Golf Center and back to Miami Riverview Park:

Approximately (thirty-three) (33) miles total round trip.

This will be a casual moderate pace bike ride with plenty of time to stop off the side of the bike trail for water stops and also maybe a group photo as well if interested.
We will be finished back at Miami Riverview Park about 4:00 pm approximately.

Required items: MUST wear a helmet.

Recommended items: Bring a bike mirror, sun glasses, water, snacks, light rain jacket just in case of any change of weather.

If you are available and interested, there will be a sign-in liability waiver sheet for you to sign-in.
