Sierra Club PRO Social and Talk

Come out and join a Sierra Club PRO Social and talk before our Sierra Club PRO Fall Leaders Meeting (option of also attending the club meeting), the event includes a potluck lunch (bring your own lunch) followed by a talk by SCPRO leader John McShane, who once served in the National Park Service. Meet at noon at the White Flint Station Condos, 11800 Old Georgetown Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852. This takes place in an upper meeting room (the Georgetown Lounge), to your left as you enter the building.

The entrance is at the NE corner of the Chapman Avenue and Old Georgetown Road "T" junction (see photo below), and the room is on your left just after entering.

Metro: The location is one block north of, or 0.4 miles from, the Red Line’s North Bethesda Metro station, 5679 Marinelli Rd (GoogleMaps).

Parking: Street meter parking is free on weekends (see photo below). There is a Metro parking garage (5627 Marinelli Rd, but entrance on Citadel Ave.; GoogleMaps) that is also free on weekends, and a commercial garage at Pike & Rose (11580 Old Georgetown Rd; GoogleMaps). Each garage is about 0.3 miles away.
