Save Indian Family - Hyderabad TRUST (Registered) is a non-profit, non-funded group that offers free counselling and support sessions for those who are affected by the gender-biased laws of India. We counsel men and their families who are falsely accused of 498a, DV, any other gender-biased law and also give advice on CrPC 125 and other maintenance cases. We also counsel men who are wrongly accused of false rape/molestation charges at either non-workplace or at the workplace.
We conduct our meetings every Sunday without fail. Meeting starts sharp at 10 AM and finishes at 12 PM. During the meeting, new members are counselled and appropriate suggestions are given that will enable them to tackle and fight their cases efficiently. We also discuss strategies how a person can effectively fight these false cases and also on how to conduct activism to fight against future rules and laws that target men and their families.
