SILENCE WALK

There is a kind of tiredness
that doesn’t come from the body.

It comes from constant input,
constant thinking,
constant responding.

The nervous system doesn’t get a break.
Even in silence,
the MIND continues.

This walk is not about stopping thoughts.
Or doing anything differently-

We simply remove a layer.

No talking.
No exchanging.
No need to respond.

When that layer is not there,
something begins to settle on its own -

Breathing changes
Attention softens
The BODY comes back into the moment 🤍

Neuroscience shows
that much of what we experience
happens BEFORE we are even aware of it.

In quiet walking,
without adding more input,
there is a chance to NOTICE this directly.

Not as an idea —
but as something REAL 🌷😌

DETAILS:
•2-3 hours approx with 30 min or 2x 15 min breaks (please ensure you are hydrated and bring a snack if you want to)
•Walking in complete silence
• a small group
• natural pace
• phones must be on silence or switched off
