Hi, everyone! Welcome back to Silent Book Club of El Paso!
We are back at the Stanton House on May 28 starting at 5:30pm, for those who are already downtown and want to get some food, drink or begin reading. Please come and go as you like, if those times don't perfectly work for you :)
Bring a book and join us for Silent Book Club at the Lobby at Stanton House Hotel in downtown El Paso! It's happy hour for introverts. Meet fellow readers, order a drink, then settle in for an hour of quiet reading among friends.
At Silent Book Club, there is no assigned reading and no discussion guides. Bring whatever you're currently reading, whether it's print, digital, romance, fiction, non-fiction, sci-fi, or comics—all readers are welcome.
Schedule:
5:30-6 - Arrive, order drinks, share what you're reading or begin reading.
6 - 7 - Quiet reading hour. Please keep conversations quiet or move to the bar.
7 - 7:30 - Optional social time to chat about books. Or keep reading!
Please RSVP to attend so we have an idea of how many expect and save seating.
