Come read with us every first Sunday at 3 PM at either Distant Worlds Coffeehouse or Armistice Coffee in the Roosevelt neighborhood! Whether you’re a longtime member or joining us for the first time, pick your perfect reading spot (and location!), grab your book, settle in with a drink, and enjoy a quiet, cozy afternoon with fellow book lovers.

📖 Venue #1: Distant Worlds Coffeehouse – 6401 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115
☕ About: Distant Worlds is a cozy, sci-fi/fantasy-themed café nestled next to Phinney Books—basically a dream spot for book lovers. With comfy seating, great coffee, and plenty of nerdy charm, it’s the perfect place to get lost in your current read.
📖 Venue #2: Armistice Coffee – Roosevelt – 6717 Roosevelt Way NE, Suite 101, Seattle, WA 98115
☕ About: Armistice is a Seattle-born café known for its peaceful vibe, ethically sourced beans, and bright, minimalist space. With lots of natural light and a calm atmosphere, it’s ideal for a relaxed afternoon of reading.

📅 Event Schedule (At Both Venues)
2:45 – 3:00 PM → Arrive, get settled, and grab your drink
3:00 – 3:15 PM → Quick intros: name, pronouns & what you’re reading
3:15 – 4:30 PM → Silent reading time 🤫
4:30 PM – Onward → Optional social time & possible post-event hangouts

✔ No assigned reading – Bring whatever you're enjoying (physical, e-reader, or audiobook with headphones).
