Meetup to experience meditating on the heart.

Dear Truth Seekers,

Please join us to meet with Usman who is The Sufi School of Teaching's representative in Australia and New Zealand. During the meet-up session we introduce you to our first meditation technique which you can practice at home as an individual, during the meet-up session we also meditate in a group, so that you may have a first hand experience of meditation on the heart in both these contexts.

note: Unit 3 is at the end of the drive way, please ask for Julie-Anne when you arrive.
