[in person] Wednesday Meditation

Please join us in Kapiti to meet with the representatives of the School of Sufi Teaching, New Zealand. They can answer any questions you may have about the meditation and practices. We will also sit in silent meditation as a group, so that you may have a first hand experience of the meditation on the heart.
Beginners are welcome. There is a $5 per person koha to Strathean for the use of the space.

Schedule:
10:00-10:10am Introduction for beginners
10:10-10:40am Silent Meditation (Muraqabah)
10:40-11:00am Q&A, cup of tea

We will meet at Strathean Retreat Centre, 212 Old Hautere Road, which is near Otaki.
We welcome individuals of all faiths and persuasions to come and hear about the path and practices and then sit in meditation to experience its effects and benefits.
